Oddly, this has been one of the hardest squares to write, just because I've written a lot of fic with spanking in it already, so it was hard to come up with anything that didn't feel like something I'd done a billion times. The title refers to the fact that the 2005 Durex Global Sex Survey found that 5% of respondents identified with sadomasochism; I'm not sure how much I trust their methods, but it makes a damn good fic title.
