I'm not even sure what to make of it; it's a different style than I usually go for, though I think I sort of like it. It's a little dark, too, mostly because I have a fairly grim view of what life would be like for a girl like McKay (because I sort of am one). So yeah. I know there's more in this verse, though, so we'll see what happens.
