A/N: So, like, two years ago, when I still cared about NCIS, I started this story. I sent it off to runpunkrun, because something seemed wrong about it. Ze pinned it- Gibbs sounded like a creepy uncle. So I fixed it up, and hemmed and hawed over it, but I didn't actually finish it til today. And guess what?
